Boro Will Advertise New Cat Ordinance
Emporium Borough Council moved forward Monday night with a plan to develop an ordinance to deal with stray and feral cats in the community.
On a motion by Councilperson LuAnn Reed, the borough will advertise an ordinance it now has in an advanced draft form.
