Borough Council Advised About Growing Cat Problem
Much of open discussion at Monday night’s Emporium Borough Council meeting focused on the problem of stray and feral cats in the community.
George Sowers, the Borough’s animal control officer, said he and the local SPCA are working on a new ordinance to help deal with the problem.
