Borough Residents Again Question Ordinance Enforcement

Concerned citizens visited the first Emporium Borough Council meeting of the new year to inquire again about ordinance enforcement in town.
Two residents commented on ordinance violations that are detrimental to the health and safety of the community, or the maintenance of the business district.
