C.C. Outdoor Youth Assoc. Gives ‘Head Start’ To Wildlife Education
Head Start is a comprehensive preschool program that provides education, health, and nutritional services for children between 3 and 5 years old. This service is provided by Northern Tier Community Action Corporation.
Head Start gives children the opportunity to experience new adventures and to be curious and creative.
