Caldwell Seeks Boro Tax Collector Position
Carol Caldwell would like to announce her intention to run for Emporium Borough Tax Collector in the upcoming May primary as a Democrat on the ballot.
Caldwell is a lifelong resident of Cameron County and is a Cameron County High School alumni of the Class of 1980. She worked as a cost accountant for 11 years before returning home, where she remains as a housewife.
