Cameron County Little Lady Raiders Open Season

The 4th, 5th and 6th grade Little Lady Raiders opened their season with two games last week, Ridgway and Johnsonburg, both away.
At Ridgway, the JVs lost a hard one, 23-6. Scoring for the Little Lady Raiders were Sami Good with four points and Tapanga Allison with two points.

This week has caused me to almost totally refrain from watching any of the ESPN networks, where previously my television has been tuned for the majority of time it is on. While I realize ESPN is obligated to cover the National Football League ad naseum due to the amount of money they pay to the league, it is still difficult to watch endless hours of reporting on players beating their wives and children and getting arrested for DUIs and drug use. ESPN needs to recognize that fans like me watch primarily for coverage of the games.
