CCHS Band Returns From Pearl Harbor Performance
Members of the Cameron County High School Band recently returned from a trip to Honolulu, Hawaii which has been described as “amazing” and “life-changing” by attendees.
“It was a great trip; it went very well,” said CCHS Band Director Dan Sensenig. “The kids were wonderful, and they met and exceeded our expectations by leaps and bounds.”
The CCHS Band was offered the opportunity to go on this trip after a local performance of theirs was seen by a retired military officer who is a part of the Pearl Harbor Day Memorial planning team.
