Chapman Trial Postponed, New Jury To Be Chosen
A trial for Joseph William Chapman, age 29, was set to begin last Tuesday, October 29, at the Cameron County Courthouse, but was postponed to allow leave for Chapman’s attorney, Public Defender James Martin.
A new jury will be selected for the trial, according to employees in the Prothonotary’s office. According to court dockets, a new jury selection has been scheduled for Chapman to take place at 1 p.m. on the next-scheduled jury call date, November 19.
