Charges Filed Against Two More In Bath Salts Case

Charges have been filed against two Emporium-area residents following a search prompted by the overdose of a young woman that occurred just before Christmas.
Kimberly Rene Guisto and Calvin J. Lane III, of 109 Minard Road in Shippen Township, have each been charged with one misdemeanor count of possession of a controlled substance, namely a-PVP or Bath Salts; one misdemeanor count of possession of a controlled substance, marijuana; and ten misdemeanor counts of possession of paraphernalia, all violations of the Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act.
