Clark Speaks at Rotary Luncheon
Tim Kinsler introduced his guest speaker, Cliff Clark, President of the West Creek Recreational Trail Association (WCRTA, a non-profit 5013C), at the April 15th Rotary luncheon meeting.
Cliff updated the Club on Phase I of III of the project along with some history of the trail project. The West Creek Recreational Trail project was initiated in 2003 by the Emporium Borough Manager when Allegheny & Eastern Railroad announced its intention to abandon the 18.9 mile rail corridor from Emporium to the City of St. Marys.
