Commissioners Approve Agreement With Trail Assoc.

Cameron County Commissioners approved a services agreement with the West Creek Recreational Trail Association to provide assistance with grant applications and administrative services for the burgeoning trail system which begins in Emporium and is planned to eventually run to St. Marys along the old rail line.
The trail is open to hikers, bicyclists and runners year-round, but will be primarily used by snowmobilers during the winter months when there is enough snow pack for sleds to run.
