Commissioners Discuss Act 14 Notifications
The Cameron County Commissioners received five Act 14 Notifications that were discussed during their February regular meeting held on Wednesday in Emporium.
Two of the notices were sent by National Fuel Gas Company concerning replacement of a section of pipeline in Gibson Township along the Bennett’s Branch of the Sinnemahoning Creek. Another was received from Seneca Resources pertaining to the withdrawal of water from the Driftwood Branch of the Sinnemahoning at a location in the Borough of Emporium.
