Commissioners Receive Notice of Three Oil and Gas Projects
Cameron County Commissioners received notice of three projects involving the oil and gas industry at their meeting on Wednesday.
Act 14 Notifications were received on behalf of Dominion Transmission, Inc., for an erosion and sediment control permit for the LN-50 Pipeline Replacement and Testing Project Sections 1 and 2 in Gibson and Grove townships, Cameron County, and in West Keating Township in Clinton County; from EQT Production for a Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) permit for surface water withdrawal in the Emporium Borough; and on behalf of EQT Gathering LLC for the NILO-S006 Pipeline Project in Shippen Township.
