Community Food Bank, West Penn Power CFL Bulb Give-Away
Northern Tier Community Action Corporation Food & Nutrition and Weatherization Programs partnered with West Penn Power to provide a Compact Fluorescent Light (CFL) bulb “give-away” to 140 low-income residents in Cameron County. The four-pack cartons of bulbs provided through West Penn Power will, when replacing old incandescent bulbs, reduce energy consumption in the home.
