​Many people take Coumadin (generic form is Warfarin) for various purposes. Those taking these anticoagulation medications, also known as blood thinners, know that they must have their blood tested at regular intervals. This involves a test which is usually done by drawing blood, taking specimens to the lab, and waiting for the results.
