County Signs Agreement With Elk County Jail

The legal system in Cameron County functions at a cost and last week commissioners took action to continue that function through 2015.
Commissioners approved an agreement with Elk County to house prisoners at a cost of $50 per day. In addition, the county is responsible for medical services a prisoner might require.
