Department of Homeland Security Involved In Local Woman’s Arrest
An Emporium woman was arrested as part of an ongoing investigation, with local police assisted by members of the Department of Homeland Security.
Morgan B. Stuart, age 26, of 359 East Fifth Street in the Emporium Borough, has been charged with felony counts of conspiracy to manufacture, deliver or possess a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and dealing in the proceeds of/intent to promote unlawful activity and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia following the execution of a sealed search warrant in mid-January.
