Drug Charges Filed After Traffic Stop
Charges have been filed against a Cameron County man following a traffic stop in the Emporium Borough last week wherein he was discovered to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence (DUI).
Gary Paul Boyer, age 59, of 260 Mulholland Drive in Shippen Township, has been charged with a felony count of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance and misdemeanor counts of intentionally possessing a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI schedule II or III controlled substance (first offense) and DUI alcohol/controlled substance combination and related summary offenses for an incident that occurred on Wednesday, June 3.
