The Cameron County High School Red Raider varsity football team suffered their second defeat in as many games last Friday night as they were blasted by the Elk County Catholic Crusaders 55-0.

In the game played in Emporium, the Crusaders dominated both sides of the line of scrimmage and held the Red Raiders to just eighty-five yards of total offense.

Jared Braun carried thirteen times for 122 yards and two touchdowns, but he was hardly the only contributor on an ECC offensive unit that amassed 482 yards and eight touchdowns. The visitors also got two rushing touchdowns by Dan Stauffer and one each from Nate DaCanal, John Wittman and Alec Bittler as well as a twenty-three yard scoring pass from DaCanal to Brad Dippold.
