Emporium Alle-Catts Fall at Kane

The Emporium Alle-Catt baseball team traveled to Kane for their second game of the season on Sunday but dropped a 7-6 decision. The home team scored four runs in the first inning and then held off a rally by Emporium to secure the win.
Ralph McKimm was the starting pitcher for Emporium, and suffered the loss with relief help from Rick Uber. Centerfielder Anthony Grimone had two doubles, two runs scored and three runs batted in to pace the Cat offense.
