Emporium Man Charged With Multiple Drug Offenses
Charges of Possession of Controlled Substances and Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against an Emporium resident after results were received from the Pennsylvania State Police Crime Lab.
Justin Austin, age 25, of 601 East Allegheny Avenue, was found sleeping in his parked car in the car wash parking lot on Emporium’s East End in May of this year.
