Emporium Police Continue Designer Drug Arrests

Several new arrests have been made for use and possession of Designer Drugs in Emporium, and charges have been announced in arrests stemming from an incident last month.
Following a July 20 incident in the Emporium Borough, Richard Olivett, Jr., age 35, was charged with misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
