Emporium Rotary Speech Contest
Three students from the Cameron County High School participated in Emporium Rotary’s 2016 Four-Way Speech Contest held Tuesday, March 8th.
Mason Shaffer won first place with her speech on Girl’s Right to Education, second place winner was Lea Inman with a Breastfeeding topic and third place was Esther Williams, discussing Liberal Arts.
