Evans Speaks at Local Rotary
The Emporium Rotary Club held its annual 4 Way Speech Contest with CCHS students on Tuesday, March 3rd. Each student’s speech centered around a current ethical problem which was debated in a positive way using the 4 Way Test Rotarians use as a guide in their daily decision-making; Is it the truth? It is fair to all concerned? Will it build good will and better friendships? Will it be beneficial to all concerned?
