First In List of Charges Faced By Osti

Donald A. Osti, Jr., appeared in Cameron County Court last week to enter a plea to a charge of false imprisonment.
The case went into the court system after Osti was charged with a variety of counts following a police response to his East Fourth Street apartment in Emporium.
