Fragale Re-elected Boro Council President

Emporium Borough Council held its reorganizational meeting prior to their regular meeting on Monday evening.
Council unanimously re-elected Joe Fragale as President; LuAnn Reed as Vice President; Pat Vogt as President Pro-Tem; and Borough Manager Don Reed as Secretary/Treasurer.
