Despite the mostly benign winter we have had, I was reminded how ugly trips to Shinglehouse in February can be last Wednesday night. We no sooner got to the Emporium Alle-Catt field when it started snowing and the roads were less than ideal the rest of the night. I’d like to thank Mike Bauer for letting me ride with him, especially when the snow began falling so hard on the way home that he had to put on low beams in order to see.
