Funding Coming To Complete Rail Trail
A Commonwealth Financing Authority (CFA) Grant has been pledged to help continue work on a local recreational trail to connect Emporium to St. Marys.
The West Creek Recreational Trail Association (WCRTA) received word recently that a $150,000 grant has been approved for completion of the western section, also known as Phase II, of the trail, which will run from St. Marys in Elk County to Rathbun near the border with Cameron.
