Garden Club Kicks Off New Program Year
The Emporium Garden Club will begin its 2015 program year on April 25 with a kick-off event featuring Gail Ayers from Frosty Hollow Herb Guild as guest speaker. This is the 54th year that the garden club has been offering programs and entertainment to Emporium and surrounding areas.
Gail will present a program on “Container Gardening,” with her motto being: ‘You can make a planter out of anything that can hold soil.’ Gail will be bringing lots of interesting containers to peak our interest as this gardening season begins.
