Improvement Work Begins On West Creek Rail Trail
Improvements continue on the West Creek Rail-Trail, running from St. Marys to Emporium’s East End.
Currently, the section from Howard Siding to the caboose and Welcome Center in Emporium is being surfaced, which will result in a 10-foot-wide cart path. Some improvements have been completed at the Black Bridge, the old railroad bridge crossing the Driftwood Branch on the West End.
