Life Skills Class Visits Andrews Farm
Cameron County Outdoor Youth Activities (CCOYA) recently coordinated a day at the Andrews farm with Mrs. Schwabenbauer’s Life Skills Class. Helping to assure all went well with the day’s events were four students from Cameron County High School.
Students started the day by learning about honey bees and the importance of them in our environment. Ryan Magaro had on hand an Observation hive that allowed students to see first-hand what takes place inside a colony.
