Local Bath Salts Arrests Continue

Two Emporium youths have been arrested for possession of bath salts following a call for the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) to assist emergency medical personnel at a residence in Shippen Township located at 32 Pioneer Road in the Sylvan Heights neighborhood.
