Local Woman Arrested With $50,000 of Bath Salts

A local resident has been charged with multiple felony and misdemeanor counts following the execution of a search warrant at her Emporium residence.
Hope McManigle, age 47, of 241 Dexter Street in the Emporium Borough, is being held on $25,000 straight cash bail after her arrest last Wednesday in what police are calling “Operation Gobble Up.”
