McManigle Home Raided Again
For the second time in the past several months an Emporium woman was arrested for possession of controlled substances and paraphernalia.
The arrest comes as part of a promise from Emporium Borough and county officials to crack down on illegal substances, most notably the designer drug known as Bath Salts or alpha-PVP.
