Misconduct Allegations Against Councilman Determined Unfounded
Allegations of misconduct lodged against a council member during last month’s meeting were determined to be unfounded.
Borough Manager Don Reed stated that an internal investigation was conducted and it was determined that there was no misconduct by council member Pat Garrigan. All costs to the borough have been compensated in full back to the borough, calculated at $250 in equipment usage fees.
