More Charges Filed Against Osti
An additional charge has been filed against Donald Arthur Osti, age 35, of the Emporium Borough in a series of cases held against him in county courts.
This newest charge, two first-degree misdemeanor counts of Possession of a Prohibited Offensive Weapon, was filed after a charge of Weapons of Mass Destruction was thrown out by Magisterial District Judge Barry Brown.
