Mother, Son Charged In Friday Boro Incident
Two individuals were arrested following an incident that began on the grounds of the Cameron County School District (CCSD) and ended on Emporium’s East End.
Jacob Andrew Moate, age 26, and Veronica Ann Moate, age 51, have each been charged with Resisting Arrest and related charges for the mid-day disruption, which saw Veronica Moate tasered by an Emporium Borough Police (EBP) officer during her arrest.
