It’s ironic. In 1968 the Commander in Chief of the United States Armed Forces gave me, a young, inexperienced kid, an M-16….for free. He gave me all the ammo I wanted and then turned me loose in Southeast Asia for a year or so.
Now, in 2016, the Commander in Chief of our Armed Forces has publicly stated that he does not think that, I, or anyone else should be able to possess a semi-automatic rifle that even looks like an M-16.
I’m heartbroken.
Mislabeled an assault rifle, the AR-15s and their look-alikes were accepted by the unknowing, non-gun owning politicians and media loons as evil.
