Must See Demo at Little Museum
Don’t forget! Come to the Little Museum in Sterling Run Saturday, July 18th between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. and see how our community came together to restore the mining cars that were used at the mines at Bradytown 140 years ago.
This demonstration on the history of the Bradytown mines will be narrated by local Historian Jr. Murray. His demo will feature firsthand knowledge he gained from his grandmother, “Frances Schwab Murray” and her family, who lived and worked at the mines. Scott Logue, recent 2015 graduate, will be present to discuss the restoration project.
