Pahel Certified To Offer Classes In NRA First Steps Program
Late last year local Emporium resident Jim Pahel completed his certification to become a “Certified Pistol Instructor” through the NRA training program. Jim is now certified to offer classes in the NRA “First Steps” program along with “Basic Pistol Shooting.”
