Potholes, Snowfall Cause Travel Headaches For Residents

Members of Emporium’s Borough Council discussed a number of road issues during their regular meeting held Monday night.
Sub-zero temperatures, heavy snowfall and harder winter conditions than has been seen in several years have caused plenty of travel headaches for residents across much of the region, and a large swath of the country, as well.
