An Emporium resident lodged allegations of misuse of public assets against a member of the borough’s council during a regular meeting held on Monday night.
Emporium resident Alvin Lyon accused Councilman Patrick Garrigan of having borough employees use borough equipment to unload his firewood and store it in a borough-owned building.
