Return Day in Cameron County Court

Return Day was held in the Cameron County Courthouse on Tuesday with Judge Richard Masson presiding over a number of cases involving drug and alcohol issues.
An arraignment and plea hearing was held for charges of Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia against Bryan Scott Andrus, age 26. Charges stem from an incident that occurred May 22 of this year wherein Andrus was found to be in possession of the above-mentioned items at his residence, 511 Poplar Street, Apartment 2 in the Borough of Emporium.
