Romanowski Charged With Inappropriate Contact With Minor
An Emporium man will face charges for inappropriate contact with a minor in the Cameron County courts.
Luke Thomas Romanowski, age 22, is accused of felony counts of involuntary deviate sexual assault against a person younger than sixteen years old; statutory sexual assault; aggravated indecent assault and corruption of minors for incidents alleged to have occurred approximately two years ago in the Emporium Borough.
