Rotarian Don Olivett (left) introduced guest speaker, Paul Heimel, author and Potter County Commissioner, at the Rotary luncheon meeting, September 20th.
Paul graduated from Penn State University in Journalism and Political Science. After graduating he went on to work for 20 years as the Managing Editor of the Potter County Enterprise and afterwards, worked for Adelphia as a Corporate Communications Manager for 15 years.
Don also worked at Adelphia at the time and he and Paul had something in common – Paul interested in the Norwegian settlement in his area and Don’s wife is Norwegian.
