Jeff Snell (right), owner of Bear Den in Sterling Run (formerly Sterling Run Tavern) and recently elected President of the Cameron County ATV/UTV Association, spoke at the Rotary luncheon October 4th.
A public meeting was held July 20 with approximately 41 people in attendance to hash out the pros and cons, along with the laws and feasibility of moving forward with the organization. After a unanimous vote to move forward, the organization held its first board meeting July 25th, where officers and a board of directors were elected. They have recently applied for a 501c3 status, developed a mission statement, goals and rules.
