Rotarian, Don Bickford spoke at the October 28th luncheon meeting about raptors and migration. Don is the Director of CCOYA (Cameron County Outdoor Youth Activity) a 501-3c organization based in Emporium. Don also was representing the Allegheny Highlands Bird Club. Don brought along a display of mounted raptors from Sizerville and Sinnemahoning State Parks.
