School Board Votes On Asbestos Removal Contract

At a special meeting of the Cameron County School District’s Board of Directors held Thursday night, the five members present at the meeting voted unanimously to approve the lower of two bids received for asbestos abatement measures required in the high school gymnasium. Members Sandra Shields, Michele Rodich, Shane Pearsall and David McManigle were absent.
