School District Bills Paid After Much Debate

A Cameron County School Board meeting that lasted well over three hours was held despite three absent members. The monthly bills were nearly left unpaid and a number of points were argued over throughout the meeting.

Members Jan Hampton, Rich Harrier and Michele Rodich did not attend the meeting, which lasted more than three hours, meaning that at least four members had to vote in favor of any motion for it to pass.
