Seneca Resources Donates To West Creek Recreational Trail
Seneca Resources has donated $1,000 to the West Creek Recreational Trail Association, Inc. The funding will be used in conjunction with funding from the Transportation Alternative Program, the Emporium Foundation, and Cameron County Act 13 Funds in support of the Phase III (Village of Howard Siding, Cameron County to the Village of Rathbun, Elk County) development of the West Creek Recreational Trail.
